COTTAGE RATES 2023

NOTE:  ALL COTTAGES SUBJECT TO 13% TAXES                        
NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED, COTTAGE OCCUPANCY STRICTLY ADHERERED TO.                        
2% Administration fee will be charged on credit cards and cancellations.                        
A deposit of $300.00 for a week is required and $150.00 for a weekend booking.

2 night minimum booking required.                       
All holiday long weekends are a 3 night minimum and a deposit of $200.00 is required.                        
1 only dog is welcome per cottage upon approval, a fee of $60.00 per pet is required.
